Amber Leitz, MHA

Amber Leitz, MHA

Business Manager

Amber graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in English Literature. She was an active member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology and volunteered at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

She continued her education at California State University, Northridge, obtaining a master’s degree in health administration. As Treasurer of the IHI-ICan Chapter Leadership Club, she collaborated with her team to organize health discussion panels for the community. Amber now applies this expertise to deliver exceptional administrative support for our practice.

In her role, Amber ensures the seamless operation of our office by supervising administrative staff, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, handling accounting, insurance credentialing, processing claims, and offering general office support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, hosting game nights, and reading.
Noemi Acosta

Noemi Acosta

TMS Coordinator

Noemi graduated from Pepperdine University, where she earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She previously completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at California State University, Stanislaus, where she was an active member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society and participated in research, leadership, and community outreach initiatives.

Noemi currently practices as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at the Center for Mental Health Excellence (CFMHE), where she provides therapy to diverse populations. Her clinical interests include trauma-informed care, women’s mental health, and supporting individuals navigating significant life transitions.

In her role at Adelpha, Noemi supports the seamless coordination of TMS services by managing treatment workflows, facilitating scheduling, assisting with insurance-related processes, and collaborating closely with providers to ensure high-quality patient care. She also plays an active role in clinic operations across both the Encino and Pasadena offices.

Klaudia Acosta

Klaudia Acosta

Admin Coordinator

Klaudia graduated from Humboldt State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She did research within a diversity and inclusion lab where she helped to collect student stories across campus to aide in research being done in the lab. She also worked as a mentor for first generation freshman, where she loved to help connect students to resources, they may not have known about otherwise.

She then progressed to mentoring other mentors, guiding them as they learned to support their mentees while also developing their own professional, academic, and personal growth. This role was something she was passionate about, and she aspires to one day become a director of a university program dedicated to supporting first-generation college students throughout their entire academic journey, ensuring their success both during and after their time in school.

Klaudia’s responsibilities include scheduling new patients and follow-up visits for existing patients, getting vital signs, performing point-of-care testing for patients receiving clozapine, assisting with TMS treatments, and communicating messages between physicians and patients.
Sarah Roberson

Sarah Roberson

TMS Treater/Office Assistant

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. During her studies, she was involved in research exploring how a positive growth mindset can support personal and academic success

After graduating, Sarah worked as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) technician, providing one-on-one support to children on the autism spectrum. This experience was deeply rewarding and strengthened her passion for working closely with individuals and families in a therapeutic setting.

She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. Sarah has a special interest in trauma informed care and hopes to focus her future clinical work on helping individuals heal from the effects of trauma.

In her current role, Sarah works directly with patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment. She administers TMS sessions, monitors patients’ progress throughout the course of care, and ensures that each treatment is delivered with compassion and precision. In addition, she coordinates appointments, submits prior authorizations, performs point-of-care testing, and facilitates communication between patients and providers. Sarah is dedicated to supporting each patient with empathy and professionalism throughout their healing journey.

Dasha Tafrova

TMS Treater/Office Assistant

Dasha earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside. During her studies, she was involved in research and internships focusing on her professional growth in healthcare, such as being a part of UCR Health Clinical and Administrative Program. She worked with diverse communities supporting and providing community resources to more accessible care. She was also a Tutor for Upward Bound supporting first-generation high school students on their pathway to college and a Peer Mentor for UCR's CNAS Transfer Connections supporting transfer students acclimate to their new community.

After graduating, she earned her Certified Clinical Medical Assistant certification and continued assisting individuals through Crisis Text Line as a Crisis Counselor. The opportunity to support individuals gave insight into properly supporting individuals in the healthcare field as well as spreading the importance of mental health.

Dasha's responsibilities include scheduling new patients and follow-up visits for existing patients, taking vital signs, performing point-of-care testing for patients receiving clozapine, submitting claims, assisting and administering TMS treatments, and facilitating communication between physicians and patients.

Elisha Doria

Office Assistant

Elisha graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in Linguistics, where she developed a special interest in sociolinguistics and the ways language shapes culture, identity, and communication.

After graduating, she worked in early childhood education, teaching young children art as a form of self-expression and guiding them in social-emotional learning. She found joy in fostering their creativity and growth, as well as helping them build confidence, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.

Her passion for healthcare led her to pursue certification in medical coding and she is excited to begin her career in the medical field, aiming to contribute to excellent patient care and efficient healthcare operations.

Elisha's responsibilities include scheduling new patients and follow-up visits for existing patients, taking vital signs, performing point-of-care testing for patients receiving clozapine, submitting claims, assisting with TMS treatments, and communicating messages between physicians and patients.

Stefanie Santos

Office Assistant

Stefanie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychological & brain sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara. As an undergraduate student, she worked as a research assistant who helped conduct research experiments, recruit participants, and analyze data for UCSB’s Vision & Image Understanding Lab as well as UCSB’s Memory, Emotion, Thought, and Awareness Lab. She was also a Peer Mentor in UCSB’s Transfer Peer Network, where she helped fellow transfer students adapt to a new academic institution.

She is a current graduate student at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education & Psychology to earn her master’s degree in clinical psychology. She plans to earn her dual licensure for therapy to practice as an LPC and LMFT post-graduation.
